Personal Identification: Civil IDs, names, and contact details of vendors, tenants, and visitors requesting Work Permits or Gate Passes.
Operational Data: Vehicle license plates for loading dock entry, incident reports, and lost & found claims.
System Usage: IP addresses, trusted device fingerprints, and browser types for security audits (e.g., Fail2Ban integrations).

2. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used strictly for the operational security and management of the facilities, including:

Validating identities for Gate Passes via QR code scanning.
Tracking security incidents and escalating them to relevant departments.
Preventing unauthorized access to the portal through device verification.

3. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL. Passwords are securely hashed, and role-based access control (RBAC) ensures only authorized personnel (e.g., Security Managers, IT Admins) can view sensitive information.

4. CCTV & Physical Security

CCTV footage review requests and logs managed within this system adhere to the local laws of the State of Kuwait. NPConcept only logs the requests and resolutions; actual video files are managed by internal Mall Security policies.
