1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NPConcept Mall Management System ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using this system on behalf of an organization (Tenant, Security Firm, or Vendor), you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.
2. User Responsibilities & Account Security
Users are granted access based on assigned roles (e.g., Gate Guard, Tenant, IT Admin). You agree to:
- Keep your password and device verification codes confidential.
- Not share accounts or allow unauthorized personnel to use your portal access.
- Accurately input data when reporting security incidents, lost items, or gate passes.
3. Use of the System
The Platform is strictly for the operational management of the designated facilities. Any attempt to abuse the system—including unauthorized data scraping, bypassing security measures, or submitting fraudulent gate passes—will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
4. Accuracy of Information
While NPConcept provides the digital infrastructure to manage operations, we are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by Mall Staff, Tenants, or Contractors. It is the responsibility of the on-site Security Management to verify physical IDs against digital Gate Passes.
5. System Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we may occasionally suspend the platform for emergency security patches or scheduled maintenance. We are not liable for operational delays caused by internet outages or hardware failures at your physical location.
